JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Self-motivated and sales driven

• Entry level are welcome to apply

• Interior design or sales background preferred but training will be provided for non-experience

• Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Liaise directly with clients in order to understand the client’s objectives and needs

•  Create and propose best designs, layouts, and solutions for various projects

•  Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to address client’s needs

•  Coordinate and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced

•  Prepare presentations (2D, moodboards) for clients

•  Propose quotation for clients based on proposed design and layout

•  Responsible for the supervision of work progress to ensure project is followed and completed within the timeline

•  Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred.

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, and hardworking

• Creative and able to work independently

• Good teamwork

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Prepare 3D renders and technical drawings and ensuring all drawings are compliant with requirements

• Support and communicate effectively with sales team in the required design & drawings to ensure successful delivery of  projects

• Ensure that drawings are prepared and delivered according to stipulated timeline

• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Relevant.

• Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred

• Excellent time management skills

• 5-day work week (Mon-Fri)
